Interested in the history of the health sciences? The OHSU Library is your partner!
Please join us for an interest meeting to discuss current and potential history-centered activities at OHSU. This meeting will include an update on our search for a new Director of Special Collections, a discussion of our recent exploration of active history of health sciences communities at U.S. academic medical centers, and time for you to share your ideas and feedback on activities you would like to see in our community. We’ll close with time to enjoy examining rare books from our Historical Collections & Archives.
Friday, February 14, 1:00 – 2:00 p.m.
Biomedical Information Communication Center, Room 429
(enter through the Library on the 3rd floor)
3280 S.W. Sam Jackson Park Road
Portland, OR 97239
Remote participation is also available
This event is free and open to the public. Please respond by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know if you will be attending in-person or remotely. This will allow us to ensure that we have planned enough meeting space, and to send web conference login instructions to remote attendees when that information is available, closer to the event.
