[From the BICC 4th floor suggestion box] Suggestion about cables: We can’t use the cables. The cables in the study rooms most of them [do] not work. Please we (students) request maintenance.
Thank you for your suggestion. We are sorry that you experienced difficulties with the cables in the rooms. We have inspected and tested the cables in all the group rooms in the BICC and will replace the one damaged/defective cable we found. We will also add instructions for how to connect to hopefully prevent or troubleshoot future problems. For example, in three rooms, the cables were unplugged from the wall. We will also include on the instructions how to use the “Contact the Library” options from <https://ohsu.libanswers.com/> to report a connection problem and its location so that we can address the specific issue promptly. This allows us to get details of your specific issue and contact you with follow up or a request for more information.
