Can you please add an institutional subscription to Seminars in Interventional Radiology, https://www.thieme.com/books-main/radiology/product/2160-seminars-in-interventional-radiology? This is an extremely valuable journal and cannot be accessed through OHSU currently.
Thank you for submitting your request for Seminars in Interventional Radiology through the Suggestion Box. Another option is to use the Suggest a Purchase link which can be found on the Library web site under Services – Request Forms. The Library will investigate the options for accessing your requested journal and the cost of purchasing a subscription. We will look at several metrics including how many interlibrary loan requests we have received, turnaway data if it is available, how many articles have been authored by OHSU, impact metrics, and whether other OHSU faculty, staff and student have requested the title over the past few years.
The Library maintains a list of titles requested to be added to the collection and no requests have come in for this title over the past five years. This may be partly due to the fact that we do have access from 2004 up until the most recent year of publication as noted in the Library catalog. For articles outside those years you may request them through our Get It For Me service which provides delivery of articles in PDF at no cost to you.
Thank you for providing your contact information in your suggestion. We will respond directly to you as we investigate adding this title to the collection.
If you have further questions about electronic resources please reach out to Kristi DeShazo, Director of Collection Management.
How can we improve your Library experience? Make your suggestion to Kris Alpi, University Librarian.
We welcome your suggestions to improve the online and physical services and resources at OHSU Libraries. Submissions from this form go to Kris Alpi, the OHSU University Librarian, and suggestions that include contact information will be responded to within two business days. Suggestions and responses may be shared with the OHSU community through Library Notes, the OHSU Library Blog. Personal information will not be posted.
