Research Administration Training and Education: July Courses

The summer season at OHSU is a great time to gain and refine skills by attending classes. Besides catching the July 19 ePPQ Town Hall, consider the following Research Administration Training & Education courses:

  • Tuesday, July 24 – Effort Reporting: Gain a detailed understanding of why and how we maintain this important process at OHSU. Learn the ins and outs of coordinating the Effort Reporting process through lecture, case studies and hands-on learning.
  • Thursday, July 26 – RDA 101: Introduction to Research Administration: Whether you’re new to OHSU Research or are looking for a clearer picture of Research Development and Administration’s role in support of research excellence at OHSU, RDA 101 is here to help. Department leaders discuss their units and front-line staff drop in for a brief meet-and-greet segment.
  • Thursday, July 26 – DHHS Salary Cap: History and regulations, including the December 2011 changes, translated into practical applications. To determine if the cap applies in your department, check the course description.
