Did you know that 80 percent of Medical Research Foundation of Oregon (MRF) grants are awarded to OHSU investigators? For our March Funding Focus, David Ellison, M.D., former MRF review committee chair, will be giving a presentation on how to write an MRF grant. If you’re planning to write an MRF grant sometime this year, attend this workshop to learn what MRF reviewers are looking for and to ask questions you have about the application process.
What: “Writing an MRF Grant”
When: Thursday, March 21 from 12 to 1 p.m.
Where: Mac Hall 2201
Who: All students, faculty, fellows and research staff are welcome to attend; however, MRF grants are targeted towards fellows and faculty.
This workshop is part of the Funding Focus series presented by Research Funding and Development Services, designed to share advice, tips, and general information on funding for the OHSU research community. The series is co-sponsored by the Oregon Clinical and Translational Research Institute’s Human Investigations Program (HIP).
