Technology Transfer & Business Development (TTBD) patent associate Todd Horne, Ph.D., will lead a discussion in this overview of intellectual property strategies with a focus on effectively pursuing patent protection. In this presentation, we will discuss recent updates and changes to patent protection for inventions involving laws of nature, natural phenomena, natural products, medical activities, and software and how these updates may inform IP strategies.
