Patient Views, Patient Voices and Bio on the Rocks, Oct. 1

Exploring first-person reality for patients with difficult or chronic diseases is important for a number of audiences — and for bio companies along the health care continuum.

Monday, Oct. 1, 4 – 8:30 p.m.
OMSI, 1945 S.E. Water Ave.

Join the Oregon Bio Association at Patient Views, Patient Voices and Bio on the Rocks 2018 and meet five advocates who will share aspects of patients’ journeys to diagnosis, their viewpoints on the U.S. health system, their perspectives on what it means to be a patient advocate and how important innovation is to their stories.

Free tickets to the first 15 people from OHSU to register through Technology Transfer and Business Development, a sponsor of the event. Contact Andrew Watson at watsonan@ohsu.edu for the free registration code.

Following the panel is Bio on the Rocks. This Oregon Bio networking event offers the chance to continue the dialogue and crowdsource effective strategies to recruit and share patient perspectives.
