Video available: Single-cell analysis capacities, experts and resources at OHSU

Single-cell analysis

OHSU single-cell analysis capacities, experts and resources were discussed and detailed at the Single Cell Analysis Forum on Aug. 30, 2018. Recordings of the presentations are now available.

Faculty from molecular and medical genetics and Knight Cancer Institute’s Cancer Early Detection Advanced Research Center presented on sequencing-based single-cell omics. Directors of the Massively Parallel Sequencing Shared Resource and the Flow Cytometry Shared Resource discussed capacities and resources available at the cores.

Recordings of the presentations
are available to OHSU faculty, staff and students.

The forum included the following presentations:

  • “Sequencing-based single-cell omics: Part I”
Andrew Adey, Ph.D., assistant professor of molecular and medical genetics, School of Medicine
  • “Sequencing-based single-cell omics: Part II”
Hisham Mohammed, Ph.D., scientist, CEDAR, Knight Cancer Institute
  • “10x genomics chromium RNA-seq system”
Robert Searles, Ph.D., director, Massively Parallel Sequencing Shared Resource
  • “Flow cytometry for single-cell omics”
Philip Streeter, Ph.D., director, Flow Cytometry Shared Resource
