A good scientific abstract communicates complex research in a succinct and clear form. Though highly formulaic, it can be hard to get it right! In this OHSU Library workshop, attendees will learn about the purpose and general structure of a scientific abstract.
Friday, March 8
2 to 3:30 p.m.
Mackenzie Hall, room 2201
Register by Wednesday, March 6
Instructors Gary Westbrook, M.D., and Robin Champieux, MLIS, will share practical strategies for writing successful conference and manuscript abstracts with the goal of helping OHSU community members prepare their Research Week submissions.
