Women in Science Portland hosts gala, Sept. 18

Women in Science Portlandprovides a wide variety of programming on topics in professional development, outreach and education, and advocacy. To support its efforts, the organization is hosting its annual fundraising gala, “a science-immersive experience,” that includes a virtual snowball fight and demonstration on the biodiversity of Oregon’s deep sea animals.
