It’s not too early to start thinking about OHSU Research Week. This university-wide event celebrates the excellence of research performed across all schools, centers, institutes and education programs at OHSU. It’s a unique opportunity to take a break from the lab or clinic and meet colleagues from various disciplines. Research Week 2022 will be virtual. Some events may be held live — that remains to be seen.
Submit presentation proposals through the CAP Jan. 24-March 28.
Research Week is a great opportunity to share your work with researchers across OHSU. All OHSU community members — including students, faculty, research-ranked employees, postdocs, and others — are invited to submit abstracts for presentations.
The Research Week 2022 submissions portal opens Monday, Jan. 24 and will close at midnight, March 7 — check this blog or ohsu.edu/research-week on Monday for the link. We’ll also announce in this space and on Research News the dates for pre-event workshops.
This year’s keynote speakers include Marguerita Lightfoot, Ph.D., OHSU-PSU School of Public Health, and Chris Kroenke, Ph.D, with the Advanced Imaging Research Center at OHSU. But these are just highlights: A full schedule will be posted soon — we’ll have some new events this year, so stay tuned.
