Cancer Kuni Foundation Imagination Grants for Cancer Research
What:
Funding to fulfill an unmet need or to advance efforts in the pursuit of impactful and innovative cancer research. Grants can be used to: Support an existing program to broaden or strengthen the work or take the research to the next clinical phase, or; fund a new project with an emphasis on the components that will enable the launch of a new project
How to apply:
OHSU is limited to no more than 15 applications, and OHSU Foundation must submit all proposals on behalf of OHSU in Kuni’s portal. What: Supports pilot projects performed by trainee researchers on Botanicals Enhancing Neurological and Functional Resilience in Aging (BENFRA); awardees will work closely with the BENFRA Center at OHSU

What: Supports projects from any area of neuroscience research pertaining to brain health across the lifespan (basic, translational, or clinical); the goal of this opportunity is to create pilot or feasibility data that will lead to outside funding, including proposals from K awardees who need additional funding to generate data for R01s or similar

Funding to leverage new the REDCap functionality MyCap to create mobile apps that allow clinical study participants to report outcomes/data via a smartphone; the program aims to help fill the pipeline for BIP Digital Health by allowing PIs to conduct preliminary research and obtain user experience data
