Neuroscience  NINDS Solicitation of Nominations for the 2024 National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS) Landis Award for Outstanding Mentorship
What:
Recognizes faculty members who have demonstrated a dedication to outstanding mentorship and training of future leaders in neuroscience

Funding to leverage new the REDCap functionality MyCap to create mobile apps that allow clinical study participants to report outcomes/data via a smartphone; the program aims to help fill the pipeline for BIP Digital Health by allowing PIs to conduct preliminary research and obtain user experience data

Cancer St. Baldrick’s Foundation 2023 Spring Cycle Grants
What: Funding for three cancer research awards: International Scholar Awards, which train researchers from low- and middle- income countries (as classified by the World Bank) to prepare them to fill specific needs in an area of childhood cancer research upon returning to their country of origin; Scholar (Career Development) Awards, which help develop the independent research of highly qualified individuals still early in their careers; and Research Grant Awards, which are for specific one-year research projects which are hypothesis driven and may be either laboratory, clinical, or epidemiological in nature
