Colin Coleman is a third-year student in the Cell and Developmental Biology graduate program. His research involves using fruit flies to better understand the metabolic and neurodegenerative overlaps between normal brain aging and Parkinson’s disease. He is secretary of the Graduate Student Organization and is also interested in communicating science to laypeople, whether that’s through teaching, writing, or stand-up comedy, whatever it takes.
