I am originally from Kiev, Ukraine, grew up in Manitoba, Canada and relocated to Bellingham, Washington for college. After graduating from Western Washington University with my B.S. in Cell Biology in 2010, I worked for three years as a medical assistant and phlebotomist with Planned Parenthood Columbia Willamette. This experience ignited my passion for healthcare and patient education and motivated me to apply to OHSU’s Physician Assistant program. My aim is to practice family medicine with an emphasis on women’ s health. I am also very excited to learn about specialty care in the upcoming clinical year; I am most looking forward to my surgical rotations. In my free time, I take every opportunity to explore this fantastic city and surrounding areas by hiking, biking, running and kayaking.
